Disclaimer: Tinker Tailor / CMozMaker / Christine Farion is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature, including, but not limited to, loss of profit and revenue, service interruptions, testing, recalls, costs of substitute products, property damage, personal injury, death, or legal expenses. Customer’s expenses shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Customer for the product.

We aim to pack your items the same day as the order is placed, and to dispatch the items the next day. If there is a delay, we will always email you with updated information. 

CANADA Postage information

We aim to deliver your items within four business days, sent from our location in Nova Scotia. Generally, we use Canada Post when possible.

We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible – we understand how exciting it is to plan your project and get making!

TIMESCALE

Canada Post regular mail can take ~4 business days across Canada.  [2 days local, 3 days in‑province Nova Scotia, 4 days national] Regular Parcel can be ~4-10 business days. Express post in Canada can still take ~2 business days.

LOWER PRICE FOR FREE SHIPPING AS OF JANUARY 2026 ✔️

  • Standard FREE for orders over $75 (without coupons)
  • Standard 0-150g: $3.50
  • Standard >151g: $6.50
  • Express: $20.00

USA Postage information

US: Orders to the US have several flat rates. FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $175 (without coupon use) will have FREE shipping.

Note: Mailing to the US through Canada Post takes 4 to 6 business days. 

US buyers importing from CA may owe duties on orders >$800 USD — de minimis threshold.

INTERNATIONAL Postage information

REST OF THE WORLD: Orders to other countries have a flat rate of $24.50, typically, this takes ~6-12 business days, and orders over $210, qualify for FREE shipping. We also offer an economy service, but items are heavily delayed! (month-long)
