This uses the I2C protocol so you only need to connect SDA and SCL to your microcontroller.

The OLED module has a black circuit board.
The overall measurement is 25x25 mm.
On the back of the board is a small resistor that can be used for address select. You would have to desolder the resister and move it to the other 2 pads. This will then allow you to use a different address. (0x78 or 0x7A)
It works without a backlight, that is, in a dark environment OLED display is higher compared to that of LCD display you will like the miniature for its crispness.
The Driver chip of this OLED is SSD1306, which is compatible with IIC communication. So this module can be controlled by I2C.
