This board uses the S12SD UV sensor to detect sunlight intensity. It includes an onboard LM358 amplifier to boost the weak signal from the photodiode for reliable analog readings on your microcontroller.
The GaN-based Schottky photodiode has high responsiveness and low dark current. All components use 1% precision parts. Great for UV-index wearables, outdoor safety gear, or reactive projects that respond to sunlight levels.
