Care instructions
Silver is sensitive to water quality. Before washing, test your tap water on a small swatch:
Soak a small swatch in tap water for 1 hour
Check for colour change (blackening of water is a warning sign)
Air dry and test conductivity with a multimeter
If colour change or conductivity loss occurs, use distilled, deionised, or reverse osmosis water only. Sulphur, high fluoride, and low pH will damage silver and destroy conductivity. Hand wash in cold water. Iron on medium heat — light press only, do not leave heat in place. Discolouration over time is normal and does not affect performance.
