Haptic feedback is one of the most useful outputs in wearables. It can confirm a touch, deliver a private notification, or guide someone with a tap on the wrist, and nobody else hears or sees it.

A glove that buzzes when you touch a conductive fabric patch, a navigation belt that taps left or right, a bracelet that pulses with a heartbeat sensor, or a bag that buzzes if it's left behind.
Good to know
Don't drive the motor straight from a microcontroller pin: it draws more current than a GPIO can safely supply. Use a small NPN transistor (such as a 2N2222) or MOSFET with a flyback diode (1N4148), or a haptic driver board. The leads are very fine, so add strain relief (a dab of glue or a stitch) before sewing it into a garment.
Note: I have added it directly to my circuits in some of my builds as I only used it for a brief alert in my circuit. I wired blue to ground, and the red wire to the pin that will set it high to vibrate.
